area.We are searching for an Electrical or Electronics Engineer who can provide technical knowledge, experience and expertise by planning and conducting the technical aspects of manufacturing projects leading to marketable products and solutions.What You Will Be DoingThis position will perform all aspects of electrical engineering and design from the initial feasibility stage to manufacturing release for next generation medical equipment.
This position will be responsible for development efforts including all planning, scheduling, and documentation required.Responsibilities will also include: Component-level design and layout of PC boards to ensure adherence to electrical standards as it relates to safety and EMC, interpret and apply agency standards, develop design control documentation to support new product development, write change notices, develop project requirements, develop and administer project schedule for a small scale development project.What You Need for this PositionRequirements:- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required (MSEE and PE preferred) - Experience with analog, digital and programmable devices.- Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in the design and development of electronic PCBA systems in a medical device setting.- Working knowledge of electronic design principles and medical device design control methods.- Working knowledge of UL, IEC, and CE Requirements is a plus.- Experience with high-speed digital hardware design.- International experience strongly desired.- Firmware/Software experience helpful.What's In It for YouWe offer an above average area competitive compensation and an amazing, comprehensive, full benefits package.
