GARDNER DENVER, a $2.4 Billion international corporation with over one hundred locations throughout the world has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Compensation Analyst at our location in Quincy, IL.
This position will primarily contribute to the submission of compensation reporting, and the reinforcement of data accuracy.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or related business field
High sense of professionalism and discretion
Familiarity/Proficiency with use of Microsoft Excel
Attention to Detail Experience in SAP a plus
Ability to multitask Good communication skills
Developed analytical/reporting capabilities
Organized and patient
Responsibilities: Various forms of reporting from HR Systems
Global survey submission of employee compensation and benefits data
Various updates to employee data in compensation systems
Review of personnel requests/actions to ensure information is aligned with Compensation structures; Escalation to HR leadership as needed
Bonus program accrual (completed monthly)
Liaise with global HR and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) team with regards to data entry/inaccurate system data
Assist with summary of compensation processes (salary administration, annual bonus, etc.)
Assist HR in use of online Compensation tools
Work with HRIS team to upload information within human resource information system
Coordinate with global HR to validate GDI job matches to the market
Market data analysis (upon request) SAP back-end table update (if necessary)
Assist global HR with various compensation related questions
Other duties as assigned
