The Lot Manager works under the direction of the Manager on Duty and is responsible forassisting in the supervision ofa shift consisting of Super Park employees in a 24 hour operation and to ensure that all parking patrons receive the highest level of customer service, taking every opportunity to assist customers with questions and directions.
Perform any task assigned by the Manager on Duty.
Complete incident reports needed for damage, theft, or personal injury claims.
Implement company policies and procedures consistently.
Resolve customer complaints in accordance with policies and procedures.
Deal with union labor matters.
Deal with large sums of money
Other duties as required.
High School education or equivalent
Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays
Two years supervisory experience preferred.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multiple task and work independently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must have prior cash handling experience Class E drivers license (Mo) or better
