Coordinator and Technology Manager
Illinois College seeks a Student Financial Services
Coordinator and Technology Manager. This position will
perform a variety of duties associated with the coordination, awarding, disbursement and return of state, federal and
institutional financial assistance programs and the
management of key financial aid software, including training staff and troubleshooting problems. The position will work
with students and families regarding financial aid program
requirements and procedures. Additionally, the position will hire, place and manage the budget for student workers in
community after-school programs as part of the Federal
Work Study program. This role will also champion the
technology used in the office by reviewing and updated
processes, managing data integration between several
software systems, troubleshooting problems, and
performing various technology set up functions.
