Financial Aid Counselor
Illinois College seeks a Financial Aid Counselor, who works in a team environment to counsel and support continuing and prospective students through options to finance their Illinois College (IC) education. The Counselor will serve as a trusted advisor for students and families navigating the financial aid process, will process, review and verify federal financial aid applications and awards, and provide frontline service to
students on financial aid, including providing budgeting and student payment options. This role will monitor academic
progress of students receiving financial aid and conduct
financial aid application and information sessions on and off campus. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
